Super Alloys & Metals Pvt. Ltd. (SAM) has started its business operations in the year 1982 which is engaged in manufacturing & supplying Continuous Welding Consumables.
Supearc, Supertig & Supershield are our in-house brands whose consumables are manufactured in our well-equipped production plant for Wire Rods & Electrodes. Around 40 products are sold under these brands in the market. The wire rod and electrode manufacturing plant has Drawing and Spooling capacity of around 300 ton per month. We offer the Wires in layer wound ranging from 1 kg, 5 kgs and 15 kgs Plastic spool to 25 kgs Coil, 250 kgs Robo Pack and 650 kgs Drum Pack. Our company has developed our own Quality Assurance and Quality Control System which are designed to deliver products in adherence to ASME section II part C- 2010 Addenda 11 A requirements and other specified needs of the customers.
Our three decade long association with reputed wire rod manufacturing companies has placed SAM in a leading position in the field of supplying wires & electrodes for TIG/MIG/CO2/SA welding of Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, Low Alloy Steels and Non Ferrous Metals.
SAM is also manufacturing Submerged Arc Welding Fluxes and supplying specialty consumables from India and foreign countries. All the work related to the manufacturing and marketing is handled by a team of engineers with 20 to 30 years of vast experience in the fields of production process, welding applications, quality assurance and control and marketing. Our company has upgraded its production techniques and capabilities in order to improve its quality and productivity of TIG/MIG/CO2/ SAW electrodes and fluxes. We have also developed in-house laboratory for testing all the incoming raw material as well as the quality of the final output.
Superarc and Supertig consumables had been approved by prestigious inspection agencies like EIL, PDIL and many more.
